We proposed a concept solution that would enable childcare centers to create their profiles on the Xplor website and be searchable on an interactive map. These profiles would include availability and services offered, along with user ratings and staff profiles. In addition, the admin section would provide ad-building tools and a visitor booking service.

Next Steps
Our recommendation for Xplor was to concentrate on a Service Design solution to enhance childcare center advertising. We proposed that successful word-of-mouth advertising necessitates a comprehensive approach to the customer's interactions with the childcare center.
Additionally, we suggested that Xplor conduct further research into how childcare centers utilise casual recruiters, as we identified recruiters as an essential area for improvement.
Presentation
After completing the project, we presented our findings to key stakeholders within Xplor. We also summarised our results as part of the company's weekly Friday rundown.
