Study Melbourne

Study Melbourne is a Victorian Government initiative providing support and information to this community of international students, helping them have the best possible time while studying and living in Victoria.

Project Summary

At KOJO, I was responsible for designing Global Victoria's International Education Recovery Plan 2022-25 in a digital format. I transformed a complex PDF document into a user-friendly interface using my digital design skills. Working closely with the team, I created interactive elements to make navigation easy. The final product exceeded expectations and met the project's goals. This project showcased my digital design skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Original PDF

Study Melbourne asked for the microsite to be a dynamic resource, reflecting the content of the PDF as a living document, with minimal modifications to the original PDF. However, certain color and text adjustments were required to ensure digital accessibility. Additionally, the microsite was required to be interactive and easily updatable.

Prototype 1 - Planning

To design the portfolio's layout and features, I initiated the planning process by creating a low fidelity prototype.

Prototype 2 - Final Design

I collaborated with the client and KOJO to create the final layout for the microsite. The design was adjusted to improve accessibility, including changes to the color scheme and text size. We worked together to restructure the content specifically for the digital platform. Additionally, the new design included areas that allowed for easy and frequent content updates by the client.
