As part of a website audit and comprehensive UX strategy review, KOJO enlisted my expertise in offering guidance and support for the UX research and strategy component for SACE

  • Google Analytics

  • Survey feedback

  • Website Analysis

  • EDM analytic reports

The Research Process

To enhance the user experience (UX) of the SACE website, I conducted a thorough analysis of Google Analytics data, survey and interview responses, and competitor research, providing valuable insights and recommendations from a UX perspective.

Research Methods

Google Analytics review

  • Reviewed most viewed pages to assess shortcuts required.

  • Analysis of which user groups were interacting with the website.

  • What devices were most used to navigate the website.

Survey & Interview review

  • Assessment of pain points and reoccurring issues with participants.

  • Ideate solutions to common problems through survey feedback.

Competitor Research

  • Analyse competitor websites and suggest new functionality to improve the SACE website.

  • Review simplified navigational techniques to cater for multi-user experiences.

EDM review and analysis

  • Reviewed EDM statistics and suggested improvements to boost interactivity within their newsletters.

  • Analysed EDMs of similar content to offer improvements over their existing designs.
